Grimoire of Patchouli is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants Isaac a random tear effect for the rest of the floor:
• Homing (Sun)
• Charming (Moon)
• Burning (Fire)
• Slowing (Water)
• Poison (Wood)
• Magnetize (Metal)
• Rock (Earth)

This item will not grant Isaac tear effects that have already been granted. If all tear effects are granted and the item is activated again, it will teleport Isaac to the I AM ERROR room.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
